#How to: Remove Gel Nails
8.2.17
Gel nails are great, but what about the removal? 😏
To find out more about this post, just keep reading!
Let's start!
I had this design for about 3 weeks and you can read how I did them here! So, here is my way of removing gel nails:)
What you will need♥
|| Nail file
|| Nail Pusher
|| Soak off remover
|| Cotton balls
|| Dappen dish
|| Foil wrap
Steps♥
1. File or buff a little the surface of your nails until they aren't shiny anymore!
2. Add some soak off remover into the dappen dish and dip a cotton ball in it.
3. Then place it onto your nails. Repeat this process for each nail!
4. Take a piece of foil and wrap it around your finger, covering the cotton ball. Make sure it is tight and repeat for each nail!
5. Wait for about 15-20 minutes and remove one of the foil wraps. The gel should be something like this: (If it isn't, place back again the cotton ball and the foil)
6. Take your nail pusher and peel the layers of gel by pushing gently because your nails are weak at this point!
7. Buff slightly the surface of your nails and and prepare your nails for a manicure!
Tip: You can use olive oil onto your nails to make them stronger!
♥DONE♥
